Returns & Exchanges

At Ruti, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
